Stream of Consciousness
The milk in the sky was vibrant with shades of purple and pink melanoma. Shitting fairies waft their shakes at the evil wenches in the cream colored universe and play with their cats in an oval mural of peace and happy homes for liberty sake and owing nothing to anyone they stalk the holy cows of Indian grain on a rainy after sun in a marvelous wreck of columns of ovals and pinks of vaginas.
Whether or not you can ever become great at something, you can always become better at it. Don’t ever forget that. And don’t say “oh I’ll never be good!” You can become better. And one day you’ll wake up and you’ll find out how good you actually became, having transcended whatever limits you might have thought you couldn’t pass.

This guy is good.

you’re scaring me

ever believed possible.
it’s strange, you see,
because you were protective;
it’s not plausible.
but i can’t deny
the taste of paranoia,
like acidic bile
burning my throat raw.
or is that from the
screams that wake me
from the nightmares
i’ve been having?
no, they aren’t
my nightmares, they’re
a private window
into your vicious dreams.
you always said
that we shared a bond.
i guess it’s time
that we cut it.
but who will wield
the knife?

To be upset
It is unfortunate that there is always good reason to be upset. For there are an infinity of injustices in the world, and an even greater amount of indifference. But even more upsetting than those who are indifferent are those who are out to make themselves quotable on such matters. The fuckers!
Professor Mandibles
“Good day sir!”
“But sir,” Carrington began, adjusting his monocle, “the litter box remains unchanged. I dare say it is occupying the room in a most aromatic fashion.”
“Are you insinuating that Professor Mandibles cannot handle his own affairs?” Protag said, aghast.
Carrington let out a sigh of dismay, “I am merely insinuating, whilst having the most sincere admiration for Professor Mandibles, that perhaps he is not entirely equipped to handle those kinds of affairs.”
The room was struck with a malignant silence. After several moments Protag could no longer restrain his twitching lips. “I find you repugnant sir!”
“Sir!”
“Indeed sir, irrevocably repugnant!”
“I find it impossible to accept the rebuke! You would do well to calm yourself.”
“Calm myself! In the midst of such slanderous drivel! And to think I’ve shared my tobacco with you! I am inclined to invite you to leave at once.”
At that precise moment Professor Mandibles entered the room. Though stately in appearance, he remained mostly oblivious to the squabble. He took his leave of the room after spraying the mahogany wainscoting.
Carrington composed himself. “With respect, your repudiation is ungrounded Mr. Protag. I shall take my leave. However, not at your behest, but at my own.”
Justin’s “Platinum Rule”
Treat others the way they would want to be treated. You’re not the center of the goddamn universe.

New blog under construction
I have enjoyed having a blog that is, mostly, dedicated to poetry and literature. This blog is surely for keeps, and will not be altered. But I wanted to announce that I have created a new blog that was inspired, mostly, by things that piss me off. It is kind of an ideas and opinions type of blog, and I think it will be fun to work with. I apologize for not having anything posted on it yet, but there is already a link to it on my current “Justin Unltd.” blog page. Under “Submit your stuffs” you’ll see a link called “Reason for the Treason.” That’s the name of the new blog. You can at least click on it to see what the layout is like, and I hope you do :)
Thanks to those that give a shit about my shit!
More Dostoevsky
Crime and Punishment was so good that I decided to read this over the winter. It has a shitload of pages, and each character has a fuck-ton of Russian names, so I’m bound to seem smart after having read it. Whateva’, I read what I wawnt!

Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture” is recognized by pretty much EVERYONE on Earth for its dramatic finale with cannon-fire and all that shit (see: V for Vendetta). But have you heard it from the very beginning? It’s fucking gorgeous! With those solemn strings, you wouldn’t think it was the same piece of music at all.
